1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or making use of any service offered through the cdd44 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most recent version of these Terms, identified by its effective date, supersedes all prior versions.

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

cdd44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice. All transactions on cdd44 are denominated in BDT using the ৳ symbol.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced verification may be required for large deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your cdd44 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• cdd44 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cdd44 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to bKash and Nagad to be processed within 2–4 hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing lay bets to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated group abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses applicable to specific seasonal events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), or Independence Day (March 26) will be clearly marked as limited-time offers and may not be available year-round.

Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or the bonus amount multiplied by the stated factor, whichever is specified) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

Not all games on cdd44 contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100% of stake value. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

9 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service;
• Any loss of data, bets, or account balances arising from technical failure;

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Suspension by cdd44

• cdd44 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• cdd44 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation;
• The player requests self-exclusion through cdd44's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of account suspension for cause, cdd44 will notify the player by email and explain the nature of the suspension where permitted. Closure by Player
